Founded in 1960, our company 'DMS OSMAN CUBUK LTD. STI.' manufactures assembly machines for light wood packaging. In 28 years, we have produced a large number of machines to manufacture light packaging and we provide new materials for packaging fruit and vegetables; we have become today in the area the only manufacturer in Turkey.
Following strong demand from our customers, we manufacture since 2008, automatic tray forming machines for cardboard boxes: KKM 1. We have studied the various machines on the market and correcting the defects observed, we have developed a better quality product with a new design. Even if the frame of the machine looks like to other machines, it has been reinforced to withstand greater pressure. The KKM 1, unlike other machines, can form cardboard b ...oxes up to 72 cm.
We represent many foreign suppliers for which we produce spare parts and machinery, our collaboration with these companies allows us to offer a wide range of machines and thus meet all needs.
Our structure includes 7 CNC milling machines (machining centers), 1 CNC lathe, 2 Universal tours, 3 Universal milling machines, 2 Universal Borwerk (horizontal machining center), 2 sharpening machines, 1 Hydraulic Press and program design Solidworks Cad/Cam.
